TOWN & COUNTRY ROSES

Dr Griffith Buck Roses

Developed at Iowa State University by distinguished rosarian, the series has attained recognition worldwide for hardiness, attractiveness, resemblance to modern roses & low maintenance. Though semi-hardy in Minnesota (Z 3b-4a), they fully recover by mid-summer. The roses perform well both in southern and northern climates. All roses are offered on their own root.

Recently, the International Rose Garden of Europe in Belgium has chosen these wonderful roses to represent the American heritage. For more about that garden: www.hex.be, or call +32.(0)12.74.73.41.

Another notable collection is at the Reimen Gardens in Ames, Iowa, the place Dr. Buck worked for many years.  http://www.reimangardens.iastate.edu
